Take a look at the past news reports to prove what I’m saying. The last one was China and some country got hit with a tidal wave. Now Afghanistan tested some missiles and there was an earthquake and tidal wave. Is it that difficult to figure out the correlation? Countries that test nuclear weapons should be held accountable for any natural disasters that occur right after that testing based on the disturbance of nature. These are not natural disasters; they are human made disturbances and disasters.
I heard the news say the other day that humans must be sensible, referring to DUIs. Humans sensible? In the history of humans they have never been sensible. Animals stampeding don’t kill each other; humans at a sale and at a concert trample each other to death. It’s funny, we can teach people to behave properly at a library and enforce that for ever; but we can’t teach and enforce good behavior every where for ever. The library example proves it can be done

We have technology for houses which can withstand earthquakes better, we know that eucalyptus trees burn easily but still year after year it seems that we just keep on accepting that we can not do any better.
why we do not make the houses which do better than present ones in seismic belts .
why can’t we plant a belt of trees which are not as prone to burning as the eucalyptus trees and cut down the risk of fire which we are fighting since any one remembers.

Um ok, I’ve never hear the moon theory before. Perhaps it is a minor contributing factor, but I think that accepted theory says the it is due to shifting tectonic plates.
